But more than that, we believe heat ignites transformation.
Our classes blend contemporary Mat Pilates techniques with focused Barre and Ballet-inspired movements. They're small, intentional, and designed to challenge without overwhelming.

What is Hot Pilates?
Hot Pilates is a low-impact, high-intensity workout performed in a heated room (typically 90–100°F) using Pilates principles to build strength, endurance, and mobility.
How hot is the room?
Our studio is heated to approximately 95°F using infrared heat, which promotes muscle flexibility and detoxification without overwhelming humidity.
What if I feel dizzy or lightheaded?
Take a break! Sit or lie down, sip water, and rejoin when ready. However, we recommend you not leave the room until you have regained awareness. Listen to your body — there’s no pressure to push beyond your limits.
Can I eat before class?
We recommend a very light snack 1–2 hours before class. Avoid heavy foods right before you practice.
What should I bring to class?
Water bottle (hydration is key!)
Yoga/Pilates mat
Large towel to cover your mat (you will sweat!)
Grip socks (optional, but recommended for stability)
Light, breathable workout clothes
Is Hot Pilates safe for beginners?
Yes! Our classes are open to all levels. Instructors offer modifications for beginners and variations for advanced students.
