This is Pilates meets Yoga Sculpt—turned all the way up.

In our signature heated room, you’ll challenge your body with light weights, the Magic Circle, Pilates ball, and resistance bands—pushing limits while staying deeply connected to form.

Expect strong transitions, athletic sequences, and nonstop movement—without rigid sets. It’s breathing paced, form-focused, and fiercely effective. This dynamic, full-body workout will have you sweating, stretching, and sculpting every muscle from the inside out.

Grace meets grit—in the heat.

Hot Barre blends ballet-inspired movement with strength training and a heated studio environment (85–95°F) to deliver a low-impact, high-intensity burn. The warmth helps muscles loosen, enhances flexibility, and supports deeper, safer movement—while encouraging detoxification through sweat and potentially boosting calorie burn.

Expect pulsing movements, isometric holds, and targeted muscle work that sculpts and strengthens from head to toe.

Frequently asked questions

Hot Pilates is a low-impact, high-intensity workout performed in a heated room (typically 90–100°F) using Pilates principles to build strength, endurance, and mobility.

Our studio is heated to approximately 95°F using infrared heat, which promotes muscle flexibility and detoxification without overwhelming humidity.

Take a break! Sit or lie down, sip water, and rejoin when ready. However, we recommend you not leave the room until you have regained awareness. Listen to your body — there’s no pressure to push beyond your limits.

We recommend a very light snack 1–2 hours before class. Avoid heavy foods right before you practice.

  • Water bottle (hydration is key!)

  • Yoga/Pilates mat

  • Large towel to cover your mat (you will sweat!)

  • Grip socks (optional, but recommended for stability)

  • Light, breathable workout clothes

Yes! Our classes are open to all levels. Instructors offer modifications for beginners and variations for advanced students.
